It is not often that you can call food Edible Art, but it is the only way I can describe artist-turned pastry chef Andrea Carusetta's work.  Based in Sedona, Arizona, she has been featured on the Food Network, and on TLC's Ultimate Cake Off.  Her work is truly exquisite and I had to share it with you.
